Eligibility Window:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Condition of Returned Items:
Products must meet the following criteria to be considered for return or exchange: they must be unused and unopened, in original packaging and condition, and accompanied by the original bill or invoice.
Eligible Items:
Only select products are eligible for return or exchange. For clarification on which items qualify, please inquire with our team at the time of purchase or call our support line.
Adjustment Policy (No Refunds):
For approved returns, the item value will be adjusted in your next bill.
❌ Note: We do not offer refunds for returned items under normal circumstances.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly limited and will only be issued in the case of shipment delays caused by the store or supplier beyond the promised or reasonable delivery timeline. No other conditions will qualify for a monetary refund. All other eligible returns will result in a billing adjustment only, not a cash or card refund.
In case a refund is approved due to a shipment delay, the amount will be processed within 2–3 business days.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: opened or used medicines, refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products, personal hygiene items, and items without original packaging or invoice.
